Cantilever chair

Okay kiddo, have you ever seen a diving board at a swimming pool? A cantilever chair is kinda like a diving board, but instead of jumping off it, you sit on it!

A cantilever chair is a type of chair that has a long, flat base that sticks out on one end. This base is called the "cantilever." The rest of the chair is attached to the very end of the cantilever, and it looks like the chair is just floating in the air!

Now, here's where it gets interesting. A cantilever chair doesn't have any legs on the front end like a regular chair does - it's just balancing on the cantilever. This makes it wobble back and forth when someone sits on it. But don't worry, the wobbling is totally safe!

Cantilever chairs are designed to be super comfortable because they can flex and bend when you move around in them. This means they can support your body in lots of different positions, which makes them perfect for lounging in.

So, next time you see a chair that looks like it's floating in the air, remember that it's a cantilever chair!
