Captive Nations

A 'captive nation' is a nation that is controlled by another country. This means that another country has power over the captive nation, and the captive nation's people cannot make decisions for themselves. Sometimes, a bigger and more powerful country will take over a smaller, weaker country and take control of it. When this happens, the smaller country becomes a 'captive nation' and it is forced to do what the bigger country says.
