Carbon Trust

Okay, imagine you have a piggy bank where you save all your money. You save money because you want to buy something special like a toy or a game. Now, let’s imagine that the air we breathe is like the piggy bank and we need to save it to make sure we don’t run out. This is where Carbon Trust comes in!

Carbon Trust is a group of people who help businesses and organizations reduce the amount of carbon they put into the air, kind of like how you reduce the amount of money you spend from your piggy bank. They do this by providing suggestions and advice on using renewable energy sources like wind, solar or hydro power, as these types of energy contribute less to pollution in the air.

Carbon Trust also helps businesses to better understand their energy usage habits and find ways to reduce unnecessary energy consumption. This is because when we use too much electricity or energy, we end up producing more carbon (or pollution) which causes harm to the environment.

By helping companies reduce their carbon footprint, Carbon Trust is encouraging them to take responsibility for their impact on the environment, which ensures that we can all continue to enjoy clean air, water and nature. Just like how you save your pocket money to prevent waste and buy something special, Carbon Trust helps companies save energy and reduce pollution to protect our planet!
