Care drain

Care drain means when people with special skills, like doctors and nurses, in one country move to another country for better job opportunities, or for better pay or working conditions. This can be bad for the original country, because they lose the valuable skills of those people. It's like the country has a drain of important skills and knowledge, so it's called a care drain.
