A catgirl is a type of character in stories, movies, and video games. They are normally human-like beings but with some physical cat-like features such as pointed ears, fur, whiskers, and long tails. Sometimes they are even able to speak and use magic. Catgirls are often depicted as being cheerful and cute and also often having some sort of special cat-like powers.
