Celebrity culture is when people become well-known for something they do. Most of the time they are actors, singers, or popular YouTubers. Some people become celebrities just because they are famous, even if they don't do anything special. We usually hear about celebrities a lot because the news, magazines, and websites talk about them and show us what they are doing. Often people follow the lives of celebrities and imitate them. People may follow celebrities because they admire them or want to be like them.
