Cellular microbiology

Cellular microbiology is the study of microscopic organisms, like bacteria, that are made up of only one cell. Just like people are made of lots of different cells, these microscopic organisms are only made of one cell. Scientists who study cellular microbiology use special tools to look at these one-celled organisms, so they can learn more about them and how they work.
