ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Central European Initiative

The Central European Initiative is like a big club of 18 countries who work together and help each other out. These countries are mostly located in the middle of Europe and they all have something in common. They want to make their countries better by working together and sharing ideas.

Just like when you have a friend who likes the same things as you, it's easier to work together and make things happen that you both enjoy. The countries in the Central European Initiative want to make sure that they can all work together and make their countries better.

One of the things they do is talk to each other and share what they are good at. Maybe one country is really good at making cheese, and another country is really good at growing fruits and vegetables. So those two countries can work together and make delicious meals that everyone in the club can enjoy.

They also help each other out when one country is having a tough time. Just like when you help your friend when they are sad, these countries will help each other out when something bad happens. Maybe one country has a big flood and needs help cleaning up, the other countries can send people and resources to help clean up and make things better.

So, the Central European Initiative is like a big club of countries who want to help each other and make their countries better together.
