ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Central station

A central station is like a boss's office for a big building. Think of a big building like a castle, with lots of different rooms and things going on. The central station is the special room where people can look at all the important information about the castle and make sure everything is going well.

Just like how a boss might have a giant desk with lots of computers and phones to keep track of everything, the central station has lots of fancy equipment to help people keep track of what's happening in the castle. There might be screens showing videos of different parts of the castle, or alarms that go off when something bad happens.

The people who work in the central station have to be really smart and know everything about the castle. They are like the castle's brain, because they can tell if something is wrong and help fix it quickly.

So, if you ever see a building with a big room full of screens and busy people, you might be looking at the central station. It's like the control center for making sure everything stays safe and working properly in a big, important building.
