Centre of Full Employment and Equity

Centre of full employment and equity is a goal of some governments and organizations. They want to make sure that people who work can find jobs and that everyone gets a fair chance and is treated with respect, no matter their gender, race, or other factors. To do this, governments and organizations must make sure that everyone who wants a job can get one, and that the jobs have equal pay and benefits. They must also make sure that people don't get turned down for a job simply because of their gender, race, or other factors.
