Cevian

Cevian is a type of line in mathematics. A cevian is a line that passes through two points on a triangle. It is named after Girolamo Saccheri who was an Italian mathematician. Cevians can help you find different properties of triangles, like angles and sides. All triangles have at least three cevians, and the cevians can either meet in the middle of the triangle or outside the triangle.
