ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Chair pose

The chair pose is a yoga pose where you pretend to sit in a chair, but without an actual chair. You stand up straight with your feet together, then you bend your knees as if you're going to sit down. But instead of sitting all the way down, you stop halfway and hold that position. It's kind of like doing a squat, but with your arms stretched up towards the ceiling.

This pose helps make your leg muscles strong and improves your balance. It also helps with breathing and focus. It might feel a little tricky at first, but with practice, you'll get better and better at it. So it's like pretending to sit in a chair, but really you're exercising your legs and improving your mind-body connection!
