Channel I/O

Channel I/O stands for 'input/output' and it is the way a computer processes information. Computers process information by sending data through channels. Think of it like a river: the water rushing through the river is the data, and the river is the channel. The computer takes the information from the channels and uses it to do things like display a webpage or play a song.
