Charter School Growth Fund

Okay kiddo, so there are these things called charter schools. These are schools that are kind of like regular public schools, but they are run by different people who have to follow certain rules.

Now, the Charter School Growth Fund is a group of people who want to help make more of these charter schools. They do this by giving money to people who want to start new charter schools or by helping existing charter schools get better.

It's kind of like if you wanted to build a treehouse, but you didn't have all the tools you needed. The Charter School Growth Fund would be like someone who comes along and gives you all the tools you need to build the best treehouse ever!

The point of all this is to help make sure that kids can go to a school that fits their needs best, whether that's a regular public school or a charter school. Does that make sense?
