Check 21 Act

Okay kiddo, you know how when we want to pay for something, we give money or a check to the person we owe? Well, a long time ago, people used to have to send the actual paper check to the bank to get their money.

But then, a law called Check 21 Act was made to make things easier and faster. This law let people make a digital copy of their paper check and send it to the bank electronically instead of mailing the physical check.

This means that banks can process checks faster and people can get their money sooner. Plus, it saves on paper and postage, which is good for the environment too! So, Check 21 Act helped modernize the way we handle checks and make things more efficient.
