Children of the American Revolution

The Children of the American Revolution (CAR) is a group of boys and girls who are interested in American history and want to learn more about it. They are like a club, where they can meet new friends, learn together and have fun.

To join the CAR, you need to have a family member who is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution or Sons of the American Revolution. These organizations were created to honor the people who fought for America's independence in the Revolutionary War.

Once you join the CAR, you can participate in different activities and events. You can learn about history through games, crafts, and field trips. You might visit a museum or a famous historical site, like the Liberty Bell or Independence Hall. You might also act out scenes from the Revolutionary War or wear costumes from that time period.
