Children, Youth and Environments

Children, Youth and Environments is a research field which looks at how the environment affects children and young people's lives. The environment includes things like the physical environment (places where children and youth spend time, like parks, schools, parks, and beaches), the social environment (the people they spend time with and the behaviors they see), and the emotional environment (the feelings they experience while in the space).
