Chimping

Chimping is when people take a picture with a camera and then immediately look at the picture on the screen to see how it turned out. It's kind of like when you draw a picture and then immediately show it to someone to see what they think. It's called chimping because some people make noises like a happy chimp when they see a good picture on the screen. Chimping can be helpful because it allows you to see what the picture looks like before you take more pictures. But it can also be distracting because it takes your attention away from what you're trying to take a picture of.
