Church of Denmark

Okay kiddo, so there's this group of people called the Church of Denmark and they believe in God and Jesus, just like in other churches. They have special buildings called churches where they go to pray and sing hymns.

But what's different about this church is that it's connected to the government in Denmark. That means that the government helps pay for some things, like fixing up old church buildings or paying salaries for the priests who work there.

There are also some rules that the Church of Denmark has to follow because of this connection to the government. For example, they have to perform certain ceremonies for important events like weddings or funerals.

Even though they get some help from the government, the Church of Denmark is still a religious group and they do things that other churches do, like having Sunday services and helping people in need.
