Circannual cycle

A circannual cycle is a pattern of events that happen every year, usually at the same time of the year. For example, around the same time each year, animals like birds may fly south for the winter and migrate back north when the weather gets warmer again. People may also have circannual cycles, such as celebrating a birthday or holiday at the same time of year, year after year.
