Circulation plan

A circulation plan is a plan that follows the flow (or 'circulation') of people and things in a place. For example, if you are designing a supermarket, you would need a circulation plan that shows where the store entrance is, the aisles, checkout counters, and exits. Circulation plans help you know the best way to move around a place. They can also help you map out how things like supplies and customers might move around, so that it's easier for everyone to move around – like a map for people and items in the store!
