Circumscription Theory is like a game. It's like playing where you are putting puzzle pieces together, trying to fit all the pieces in the right spot, but without leaving any pieces out. The pieces represent countries, and the goal of the game is to draw borders so that all the countries have enough land to have what they need, but not so much that one country has more than its fair share. To do this, you look at the natural resources in each country, the shape of the land, and any borders that have been drawn by other countries, and you try to come up with a way for everyone to get what they need without taking too much away from anyone else.
