Cis-vaccenyl acetate

Cis-vaccenyl acetate is a type of chemical. It smells a bit like honey, and it's used in things like cosmetics, perfumes and flavours. It's made from combining two things - an acetic acid, which is like vinegar, and a chemical called a phenol. When you mix them together, they form a liquid called an ester, and that's the cis-vaccenyl acetate!
