Citizens Rule Book

A Citizens' Rule Book is a set of rules that the people who live in a country (the citizens) agree to follow. They explain how the citizens should act in order to keep the country safe and running smoothly. They explain what is expected of each citizen in different situations and how the country should be run. It is like a contract between all the citizens and their government. Everyone follows the same rules so everyone knows what is expected from them. It helps to keep everyone on the same page and protect everyone’s rights.
