Civil Harassment Restraining Order

Okay kiddo, a civil harassment restraining order is when someone is bothering or annoying another person so much, that the person being bothered goes to a judge for help. The judge then tells the person bothering the other person to leave them alone, and if they don't, they could get into trouble. It's like when you tell someone to stop bothering you and they keep doing it, so you tell a grown-up to help you make them stop. But in this case, the grown-up is a judge and they make a special rule to keep the person from bothering you anymore.
