Clandestine HUMINT

Clandestine HUMINT stands for "Human Intelligence". It is a type of spying which involves secret agents and people gathering information. Clandestine means that the people involved in HUMINT don't want anyone to know they are doing it. HUMINT is used by governments and organizations to get information about their enemies or opponents. For example, a CIA agent might talk to people in another country to learn about the plans of the government.
