ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Clause IV

Okay kiddo, clause iv is a part of a legal document like a contract, and it's not too hard to understand. This clause simply states that if something goes wrong and people start arguing about it, they will talk about it and try to figure out a solution before taking any legal action. It's like when you and your friends have a disagreement and your teacher tells you to try and work it out yourself before going to the principal. Clause iv is just a way to encourage people to work together and avoid getting into big legal battles.
