Coalition of the willing

Coalition of the willing is a group of countries that get together to work on a particular problem. For example, if there is a big flood in one country, countries from all over the world might join forces to help out. They would become a 'coalition of the willing', meaning they are working together to help out the country that is dealing with the problem.
