Cocktail party

Okay kiddo, so imagine you go to a party and there are lots of people talking at the same time. It can be hard to hear what one person is saying because there are so many noises.

Well, a cocktail party is a special type of party where people drink fancy drinks called cocktails and they talk with each other. But, like I said before, there are lots of people talking at the same time and it can be hard to understand what they are saying.

Sometimes, people will move from group to group to join different conversations. Other times, they might take a break and grab a drink or some snacks before jumping back into talking again.
