Hey there kiddo! Do you like chocolate? Well, chocolate comes from a bean called the cocoa bean!

The cocoa bean grows on a tree called the cocoa tree, which is usually found in tropical areas like Africa, South America, and Asia. The cocoa bean looks like a big, brown seed and it's usually about the size of a grape.

But before it becomes chocolate, the cocoa bean has to go through a lot of steps! First, the bean is harvested from the tree and taken to a factory to be cleaned and dried. Then, it's roasted in an oven to bring out its yummy chocolate flavor.

After that, the roasted beans are ground up into a fine powder and mixed with sugar, milk, and other yummy ingredients to make chocolate!
