Collective problem solving

Collective problem solving means that when people have a problem, they work together with other people to try to solve it. It works like this: first, people come together to talk about the problem and figure out what they need to do. Then, they all work together to think of different solutions and come up with a plan. Finally, they all work together to actually solve the problem. Doing this together helps the group come up with better solutions than any one person could have thought of on their own!
