Colonel

A colonel is a high-ranking officer in an army or other organization. They usually have a lot of experience leading other officers and soldiers — usually about 20 years of experience — and are responsible for leading and supervising them. Often, a colonel will be in charge of a whole regiment of soldiers, a unit that can include more than a thousand people.
