Colour trade mark

Have you ever seen a product that is the same as the others but has a different color? A color trade mark is kind of like that! It means that a company can own a specific color for their product, so that when you see that color, you know it's from their company.

For example, let's say you see a soda can that is bright red with white letters. You automatically know that it's Coca Cola, right? That's because Coca Cola has a color trade mark for their bright red color. Other companies can use red too, but not that specific shade of red that belongs only to Coca Cola.

It's like having a secret code that only belongs to one person or company. Even if other people know the secret code, they can't use it because it belongs to someone else. That's what a color trade mark does - it helps a company stand out and be easily recognized by customers.
