Columbia University Partnership for International Development

Columbia University is like a big school where people go to learn about lots of different things, like science and math and languages. But sometimes, people at Columbia want to help other people in other parts of the world who might not have as much access to education and other things. So, Columbia made a partnership with other organizations that also want to help people in other countries. This partnership is called the Partnership for International Development. It's like a big team of people who work together to help make things better in other parts of the world. They do things like give money to schools, work on projects to bring clean water to people who don't have it, and help communities become healthier and more sustainable. It's a really good thing to do because it helps people who might not have as many resources as we do in the United States.
