Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores

The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) is like a big boss who makes sure everyone is playing by the rules when it comes to buying and selling things (like stocks, bonds, and other investments) in Spain.

Just like how you have a teacher at school who makes sure you and your classmates are behaving and learning, the CNMV wants to make sure that all the people who buy and sell things in Spain are doing things the right way.

The CNMV does this by making sure that everyone who wants to sell something has to tell the truth about what they are selling. For example, if someone wants to sell shares in a company, they have to give all the people who might buy those shares information about the company so they know what they're getting into.

The CNMV also makes sure that nobody tries to cheat or trick anyone else when buying or selling things. They want everyone to be fair and honest with each other.

So, just like a teacher in a classroom, the CNMV helps keep things fair and makes sure everyone follows the rules.
