Command economy

A command economy is an economic system where the government makes all the important economic decisions instead of consumers or businesses. In a command economy, the government owns the factories, farms, and businesses, and it decides what to produce, how much to produce, and how much to charge for the products. Because of this, everyone in a command economy is expected to follow the government's rules and do what it says.
