Commercial planning

Okay, so remember how we plan our day by making a list of the things we need to do? That's kind of like commercial planning too! But instead of a list for the day, it's a plan for a big company or business.

Commercial planning is when we make a plan for a business to make sure everything goes smoothly and they make a lot of money! But it's not just one person making the plan - it takes a whole team of people with different jobs and skills.

First, we need to figure out what the business wants to do. Do they want to make and sell toys, clothes, or food? Once we know what they want to do, we can figure out how to get there.

We need to think about things like where the business will be located, how much money they will need to start, who will buy their products, and how they will advertise. And we need to make sure we're following all the rules and laws for running a business.

It's kind of like a puzzle - we need to fit all the pieces together to make the plan work. And sometimes the plan might not work perfectly, so we might need to change things around a little bit.

But if we do a good job with commercial planning, the business will be successful and make lots of people happy with their products or services!
