Commercialization

Commercialization is when products or services that have been created by a company or person are sold to customers to make a profit. So when something is commercialized, it means that the company or person is selling it to people to make money. An example of commercialization might be when a toy company creates a new toy and sells it in stores. People buy the toy and the toy company makes a profit.
