Common purpose

Common purpose means that everyone who is working on something has the same goal. For example, if a group of people are working together to build a treehouse, their common purpose would be to finish the treehouse. Everyone in the group would have to work together to achieve their goal, like maybe one person sawing wood, one person hammering nails, and one person getting supplies. Together, they all have the common purpose of making the treehouse.
