Communication as a service

Communication as a service is when people use technology to talk to each other from different places. Think about when you talk to your grandma on the phone or when you video chat with your friends. This is communication as a service!

There are lots of different ways that people can communicate using technology. They can use something called "voice over internet protocol" (or VOIP) to talk to each other over the internet. They can also use video conferencing to see and hear each other at the same time, even if they're really far apart.

Communication as a service is really helpful for lots of different reasons. For example, it lets people work together even if they're in different cities or countries. It also makes it easier for people to stay in touch with their friends and family even if they live far away.
