Communications law

Communications law is a set of rules that say how people and companies can communicate with each other. It covers things like phone calls, emails, text messages, TV and radio broadcasts, and social media.

It's like having rules for a game. Just like in a game, there are certain things you can and can't do. In communications, there are certain things you can and can't say or do when you're talking to someone, or when you're publishing something online or on television.

The government makes these rules to keep people safe and to make sure that everyone is treated fairly. It also helps to make sure that people don't use communication to harm others or break the law.

For example, one law might say that you can't use bad words on TV or the radio because it might offend some people. Another rule might say that you can't send spam emails because it's annoying and puts people's information at risk.

So, communications law is like having instructions for how you can talk to people and share information without hurting anyone or getting in trouble.
