Community Associations Institute

Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a group of people who work together to help communities stay safe and enjoyable places to live. They do this by setting up rules and guidelines that everyone in the community should follow, like mowing the lawn regularly, taking out the trash on time, and keeping their homes in good repair. They also offer advice on good neighbor relations and work to keep the community safe and livable. They often hold events to bring people together so they can meet their neighbors and learn more about their community.
