Community gardens

Community gardens are like playgrounds for plants. They are spaces where different people from the same community can come together and grow their own fruits, vegetables, herbs, and other plants.

Think of it like a big garden where everyone shares the space and helps take care of the plants. Like when you share toys with your friends at the playground.

It’s a great way to learn about nature, how to grow plants, and also to eat healthier foods. When you grow your own fruits and veggies, you know where they come from and what’s in them!

Community gardens can be found in many different places, like schools, churches, parks, and public areas. So if you see one, go check it out! You might even get to taste some yummy veggies that you helped grow yourself.
