Community management

Community management is like being a mayor for a neighborhood. Your job is to make sure that everyone in the neighborhood has what they need to live happy and healthy lives. You do this by connecting people with resources and connecting them with each other so they can help each other. You also help people learn about and solve problems in the neighborhood. For example, if someone is having trouble getting food, you might help them find a local food bank. Or if the people in the neighborhood are having a hard time getting along, you can create a plan for everyone to come together and learn how to get along better. Community management is an important job because it helps people feel connected and part of something bigger.
