Competitive programming is an activity where people write computer programs to solve tough problems. When people compete against each other, they get to test their skills and try to create the fastest and best program. People use their math and problem-solving skills to solve the problem and sometimes they even work together on the same problem. It's like a race to see who can figure it out the fastest!
