ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Computational Anatomy

Computational anatomy is a way of studying how different parts of the body are connected and interact with each other. It is like having a 3D map of our body. Computational anatomy helps scientists understand how the body works and how different parts of the body can be used together to make us healthy. Computational anatomy uses computers to make 3D models of different parts of the body so that scientists can see them in detail and figure out how they interact with each other. The information from these 3D models is used to make better medical treatments, develop new medicines, and find new ways to diagnose and treat diseases.
