Conon (general under Justinian I)
Conon was a man who lived a long time ago when a guy named Justinian the First was in charge. Conon was a really important guy too because he worked for Justinian as a general in the army. Basically, he helped Justinian make all the big decisions about war and fighting and keeping the empire safe.
Conon was really good at his job and he helped Justinian win a lot of battles. He might have even been the reason why Justinian was able to conquer some new lands and make the empire even bigger. People really respected Conon for his bravery and his smarts.
