Constantine v Imperial Hotels Ltd

Okay kiddo, so once upon a time there was a man named Constantine who owned a fancy hotel called Imperial Hotels Ltd. He wanted to make his hotel even fancier by adding some cool new stuff like a sauna and a pool.

But there was a problem - the city government said he couldn't build those things because it would be too noisy and disturb the neighbors. Constantine didn't like this, so he sued the government and said they were being unfair to him.

The judges in the court had to decide who was right - Constantine or the government. They looked at the law and decided that the government had the power to make rules about noise levels and protect the people who lived near the hotel. So, they ruled against Constantine and said he couldn't build the sauna and pool.

Constantine was upset, but he had to follow the law and not disturb his neighbors. This is why it's important to have rules and follow them, even if we don't always get what we want.
