Constitution Committee

Okay kiddo, so imagine you and your friends want to make some new rules to follow when you play. You might decide to create a group called the "Rule Makers" and each of you can be a member. To make sure everyone agrees with the new rules, you might decide to create a "constitution" which is basically a fancy word for a set of written rules that everyone has to follow.

Now, let's say your group has some disagreements about what rules should be included in the constitution. To help sort things out, you might create a "constitution committee" which is a group of people who are responsible for figuring things out and making sure the final constitution is fair for everyone.

In the bigger world of grown-ups, sometimes countries also have a constitution committee that helps create or revise the constitution of their nation. The committee usually consists of a group of experts, lawyers, and other important people who have lots of experience and knowledge about how to create fair and just rules that work for everyone. They listen to different ideas and opinions, think carefully about what's best for the country, and try to come up with a constitution that everyone can agree on.

So, in short, a constitution committee is a group of people who work together to make fair and just rules for a group or nation, just like how you and your friends might make rules for your own group.
