A constitutional crisis happens when the laws or procedures of a country are not followed or respected. This can happen when there is a disagreement between people in power, or when important laws and agreements are ignored or broken. It can be a difficult situation because it is not always easy to know how to solve it. Constitutional crisis can sometimes lead to a conflict or a change in the government of the country.
